Residences Rates 2025

Reservations can be made :

For a week (7 nights): from Saturday 17h00 until Saturday 10h00,
For a night: arrival from 17h00, leaving at the latest at 10h00 the next day.
For any specific requests, please contact us.

For payment, an advance of 25% will be requested upon reservation and the remaining sum will be requested upon arrival.

A damage deposit, not-cashed, will be requested and will be returned by mail within one week after departure.

accepted payment: checks, Bank transfers, cash (euros).

The listed rates, in EUROS, include all charges (electricity, heating…), except tourist tax and subject to the current VAT.

The tourist tax of 0.70 euro/person/night is payable in addition from the age of 18.

Closure of the gîtes :

from 01/04 to 07/04/2025 inclusive.

from 17/05 to 26/05/2025 inclusive.

from 22/09 to 16/10/20253 inclusive.
